Board of Directors and Corporate Governance
Landsbankinn’s Board is comprised of seven directors and two alternates. Directors are elected at the AGM for a one-year term. Landsbankinn's Board of Directors is the supreme authority in its affairs between AGMs.
Management and Organisation
The bank's principal activities are divided into six divisions. Landsbankinn's executive consists of the bank's CEO and managing directors of its six divisions.
