Highlights of the Year


2015 was an eventful year. Landsbankinn's market share rose, its new Online Banking service became fully operational and mobile banking was extensively updated. Major benchmarks were achieved in the bank's funding and two savings banks were merged with the bank. The following summary features the highlights of 2015.

At the beginning of 2015 Landsbankinn adopted a new and ambitious strategy to 2020. Since then, the bank's efforts have been focused on its implementation, which has already brought good results. Developments in banking activities
